The flats can be booked from 2-3 nights.
Municipal residence tax: € 5,00 per person per day for adults and teenager from the age of 14.
Check in from 14:00 pm, Check out until 09:00 am.

Services

  • Bed linen, kitchen linen, table linen, hand towels and bath towels are included
  • The use of our indoor swimming pool, outdoor whirlpool and sauna are included in the price
  • Free WLAN in all apartments
  • Washing machine and dryer are available, their use is subject to a charge
  • We take breakfast orders for a fee.
    You can choose from: Bread, Crossaints, milk, yoghurt, cereals, etc. 
  • Pizza service on request
  • Ski passes can be purchased at the valley station of the Resciesa cable car, just 100 metres from our residence, and at the Seceda valley station
  • The ski school has branches in the village centre and at the Seceda valley station
  • The ski hire Gardena shop offers our guests a 10% discount, pick-up and return service of the equipment included
  • Ski depot and ski boot warmer in the house
  • Ski bus stop directly in front of the house
  • Free shuttle service for all children participating in the group ski courses of the Ortisei Ski School
  • Children's programme at the Ortisei Ski School
  • Intermediate and final cleaning of the flats included
  • Parking available and included in the price
  • Alpine school, mountain and hiking guide in the centre of Ortisei

3rd-4th bed in 2-Room Chalet and 2-Room Chalet Relax:

  • € 15,00 per night for children up to 12 years of age
  • € 20,00 per night for teenagers and adults

5th bed in the 3-Room Chalet Deluxe and in the Penthouse:

  • € 15,00 per night for children up to 12 years of age
  • € 20,00 per night for teenagers and adults

Cancellation conditions

  • Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 months before arrival

In case of later cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
The following costs will be due:

  • 2 to 1 month prior to arrival date:
    30% of the booking amount (the entire deposit)
  • 1 month to 14 days prior to arrival date:
    50% of the booking amount
  • 14-7 days before arrival date: 
    70% of the booking amount
  • 7 days or less before arrival date, in case of early departure or late arrival:
    100% of the booking amount.

To avoid such costs, we recommend that you take out our travel cancellation insurance.

Guest Pass

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Val Gardena Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info

The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the abovedecision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use ofthe Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
